My La Crescenta new construction home closed escrow last week. We sold quickly and for full price. I was hoping that the seller would have considered some furniture rental as I think that may have pushed up the selling price. We minimally staged my La Crescenta listing on Hamilton renting furniture for just a few rooms and had over a dozen offers which pushed up the final selling price. It really doesn’t cost much for minimal staging.
The buyer’s agent was professional and was a pleasure to be in escrow with. No issues with the loan, or appraisal either.
May looks to be a quiet month…. I have two new listings coming on the market soon in La Canada (hopefully both will hit the market next month).
