A two-bedroom, one-bathroom home at 1359 San Luis Rey Dr. sold for $1,218.32 per foot.
The least expensive home sold in Glendale was a two-bedroom, one-bathroom, 624-square-foot home located at 240 N. Everett St. It was listed for $595,900 and sold in forty-three days for $641,000. The most expensive sale was a five-bedroom, five-bathroom, 4,219-square-foot home at 2244 Via Saldivar St. It was Listed for $2,950,000 and sold in twenty-five days for $2,800,000.
