This certainly has been a year for change and challenges for all of us and because of COVID our second quarter got off to a rocky start. But we quickly adapted. Harb & Co. 3rd Quarter Real Estate Update:
It’s been a very challenging year for Los Angeles home buyers. Expect to compete with cash buyers and multiple offers. Kris and I have a handful of buyers in escrow, and each has had their struggle, but it can be done. Being flexible is important.
We just closed on an Adams Hill view home and await loan documents to close on a mid-century Glendale home. Kris has escrows in Valley Village, Pasadena, Arcadia, and San Dimas. As far as listings I have an Arcadia listing and am close to opening escrow on my Glassell Park listing.
We have a lot of others listings we are working. The next three will be:
La Crescenta: 4 + 2 pool home
Pasadena: 4 + 2 completely updated with designer finishes
Tujunga Townhome: 2 + 2 fixer with attached garage
These will be coming on the market by the end of the month. We have a handful of other listings signed and in various stages of preparation. Harb & Co.’s 3rd Quarter shaped up quite nicely and we expect to finish 2020 strong.
