The most expensive home sold was a five-bedroom, four-bathroom, 5,236 square-foot luxury home located at 1914 Rams Horn Ct., which sold for $3,475,000.
The Glendale housing market is great for home sellers. The absorption rate remains low, listing supply is still not meeting buyer demand. The selling price to list price is high. A home on Cielito Drive listed for $1,750,000 and sold for $2,350,000. A shocking $600,000 over the list price! Six Glendale homes sold over $2,000,000, two of which sold over $3,000,000.
