Note the tremendous increase year over year for price per square foot, average selling price, and median price. The number of homes sold is just a bit less, but the days on the market really decreased, likely due to multiple offers coming in so quickly. Only three homes of the forty-three January sales sold for less than one million.
The least expensive Glendale sale was a two-bedroom, one bathroom, 980 square foot home located at 500 Fischer St. It sold for $800,000. The highest priced Glendale home sale was a five- bedroom, five-bathroom, 4,750 square foot home located at 1021 Matilija Road. It sold for $3,800,000.
The average price per square foot of Glendale homes ranged from $458.10 for a three bedroom, three bath 2816 square foot home on Palmer in Glendale’s Adams Hill neighborhood. To $1,049,70 for a two-bedroom, one bathroom 1167 square foot home located at 1149 Virginia Ave.
