Let’s crunch the numbers for the Glendale CA Housing Market for November 2020.
Last month, the least expensive sales were two Glendale homes selling for 640,000. The first was a two-bedroom, one-bathroom, 812-square-foot home at 340 N. Columbus Ave. The other was a two-bedroom, two-bathroom, 831 square-foot home at 808 Fischer St. The most expensive home sold in Glendale was a four-bedroom, four-bath, 3,102 square foot home located at 1320 Romulus Dr., this luxury Adams Hill home sold for $1,710,000.
Thirty-one Glendale homes closed last month. Eighteen sold over their asking price, two at asking and eleven for less than the asking price. Eight homes had price reductions before eventually selling.
