Last month, the least expensive home sold in Glendale was a one-bedroom, one-bathroom, 960-square-foot home at 615 W. Lexington Dr. Initially listed for $850,000, it sold in twelve days for $825,000. The most expensive home sold was a three-bedroom, two-bathroom, 2,366-square-foot home at 1251 Rossmoyne Ave. It was initially listed for $1,995,000 and sold in fourteen days for $2,370,000.
Takeaways of the Glendale Real Estate February 2024 Update: The price per square foot barely changed. The selling price to the list price also saw little movement.
