The most expensive home sold was a four-bedroom, four-bathroom, 3,294 square-foot home located at 3247 Country Club Dr. Initially listed for $2,599,000, it sold in nine days for $2,625,000. A 2760 square-foot home on Edgewick sold in just three days. Originally listed at $1,499,000, it sold for $1,775,000.
When analyzing the Glendale real estate market for July 2023, it’s crucial to acknowledge the variation in the average price per square foot. A 2773-square-foot residence on Glenwood Rd. sold on the lower end. It sold at only $486.84 per square foot. Conversely, a 1,136-square-foot home in Glendale’s Adam’s Hill neighborhood on Alta Vista achieved a significantly higher selling price of $1,197.18 per square foot.
