Proving once again that well-priced listings continue to sell over the asking price.
In last month’s sales, a three-bedroom, two-bathroom, 1,847-square-foot residence located at 2116 Conchita St. stood out as the least expensive property. It entered the market with an initial listing price of $750,000 and successfully sold $827,000 within twenty-two days. Last month’s most expensive sale was a seven-bedroom, eight-bathroom, 4,000-square-foot luxury home. Located at 715 W. Kenneth. The home, originally listed for $4,200,000, quickly sold in just eight days for over asking at $4,400,000.
