It is located at 815 Moorside Drive. This stunning property was initially listed for$3,290,000 and took a total of six months before selling for $3,075,000.
When looking at the Glendale real estate market for May 2023, it’s interesting to note the average price per square foot variance. The home on Midway mentioned above sold for $1,127.63 per foot, placing it on the high end. On the low end was a 2,184-square-foot home on Cavanagh Rd. selling for $474.74 per foot.
