There’s a lot to like about this charming Pasadena traditional but what I especially appreciated was the yard. The owner had installed a vinyl fence – if you have had any experience with a wood fence, you know that they require constant repairs (I have one and I speak from experience). The home has raised gardening beds and several compost beds. In addition to all of that there is a large workshop attached to the garage (could be home office or gym).
