Last month the most expensive home sold in La Crescenta was 2332 Teasley Street. The five bedroom six bath home is over 4,000 square feet on a nearly 10,000 square foot lot with a pool and spa. The home sold for asking price of $1,665,000. This home previously sold (as new construction) for $1,250,000 in 2004 (without pool or spa).
