The most expensive home sold was a four-bedroom, three-bathroom, 2,644 square foot home located at 2645 Pinelawn Dr. The original price of this Pinecrest home was $1,895,000, and it found a buyer within just eleven days. It sold for an impressive amount of $2,060,000 – well above the initial asking price.
In examining the La Crescenta Housing Market for May 2023, it’s interesting to look at the average price per square foot. The average price per foot did not see the large disparity we have come to expect. On the low end was a 2235-square-foot home on Hermosa. On the high end was a 964 square-foot home on Boston selling for $892.12
