The most expensive home sale was a three-bedroom, three-bathroom, 2,085 square-foot home located at 5226 Briggs Ave. It sold for $1,799,000.
Interesting to note that the average price per square foot ranged from $480.45 for a four-bedroom, three-bath home. To a two-bedroom one bath home selling for $1,300.34
