Supply and demand: The absorption rate remains low, barely over a month’s supply of listings which will keep La Crescenta real estate values high. The good news is that there were 43 lucky home buyers last month (March and April combined had just 40 home sales).
Interesting to note:
- The highest average price per square foot was in March.
- The highest average sales price and average median was in April.
- In May the average home sold in just 35 days.
- The lowest absorption rate was in June; and in June the average La Crescenta home sold for nearly 4% over list price.
Maybe I should have been a statistician instead of a real estate agent.
