The absorption rate for La Crescenta real estate December 2023 is extremely low which is typical for this time of the year. The median sales price reflects that one half of La Crescenta homes are selling for more than $1,080 and one half for less. Seven La Crescenta homes sold for less than $1,0000.00. Just four homes sold for over $1,500,000.
