The most affordable home sold in La Crescenta was a two-bedroom, two-bathroom, 1,264 square feet located at 3243 Honolulu Ave. Initially listed for $898,000. It sold in thirty-four days for $900,000. The most expensive home sold was a five-bedroom, four-bathroom, 3,012-square-foot home located at 5047 Zoe Anne Way. This home sold over asking as well in twenty-one days, originally offered for $2,149,000 and selling for $2,304,000.
The price per square foot in the La Crescenta real estate market in July 2023 varied greatly. On the low end was a 2,603-square-foot home on Community selling for just $576.26 per foot. On the high side was a 2,035 square-foot home on Briggs selling for $1068.80 per foot.
