The least expensive home sold in La Crescenta was a two-bedroom, one-bathroom 608 square-foot located at 3015 Manhattan Ave. Initially listed for $689,900, it sold in eight days for $685,000. Three sales were under one million dollars. A two-bedroom one-bath on Montrose sold for $860,000, and a three-bedroom one-bath on Lowell sold off the market for $985,000.

The most expensive home sold was a five-bedroom, four-bathroom, 2,594 square-foot located at 3841 Lirio Lane. Initially listed for $1,898,000, it sold for $1,850,000 in forty-five days.
