Last month the most expensive luxury home sale in La Crescenta was in the popular Pinecrest neighborhood located at 5457 Pineridge Drive. I had the pleasure of viewing this La Crescenta listing on caravan day. The real estate agent who sold the home was a former client of mine. When I sold her and her husband their Altadena home, she worked for a furniture store, and several years after their home purchase she became a real estate agent.
