Last month in May, the most expensive luxury home sale in La Canada was 700 Berkshire Ave. This home was listed for $12,995,000 and sold for $11,000,000. This estate was previously listed with another realtor for $14,995,000 for 670 days without selling. Finally, the sellers decided to reduce the price with a new real estate agent.
