They ranged in price from $270,000 for a one-bedroom and one-bath home on Garfield Ave. On the high side of $3,500,000 for a 4 bedroom and four-bath luxury home on Crystal Lane. The low absorption rate reflects a very strong market for Pasadena home sellers. The absorption indicates that if no new listings were to come on the market, the listing inventory in Pasadena would be depleted in just over two months. Most Pasadena homes continue to sell quickly for over asking price.
