At the same time, a 2516 square foot home at 2735 Del Mar sold for just $422.10 per square foot.
Last month the least expensive home sold was a two-bedroom, one bathroom, 564 square foot home located at 1425 Howard St. selling for $565,000.
The most expensive Pasadena home sale in January 2022, was a seven-bedroom, seven-bathroom, 8,047 square foot home located at 1240 S. Grand Ave. selling for $8,350,000.
