Last month, the lowest-priced home sold in Pasadena was a two-bedroom, one-bathroom, 726-square-foot home at 3209 Brandon St. This property was initially on the market for $650,000 and sold in fifteen days for $668,000. The most expensive piece of Pasadena real estate sold in July 2024 was a five-bedroom, seven-bathroom, 4,278-square-foot home at 1590 Linda Vista Ave. Initially listed for $4,750,000, it was sold for $4,850,000 in fifteen days.
Days on market is the lowest for the year and the absoprtion rate of less than 2% reflect a strong seller’s market. The sales price to list price remains high.
