The days on the market were longer, and average and median sales prices increased. Out of the fifty-four homes sold last month, thirty-one homes sold for over the asking price, three at asking, and twenty below asking.

The most expensive home sold was a four-bedroom, six-bathroom, 6,391 square foot located at 777 S. Oak Knoll Ave. This stunning estate was initially listed for $6,750,000 and sold in just twelve days for $7,751,500.
Let’s take a closer look at the average price per foot for Pasadena real estate. On the low end, 100 Palmetto Drive #12 sold for $1,320.35 per foot. This charming craftsman cottage noted above was sited on a 1,520 square foot lot. On the high end was 853 Chapea Rd. selling for $353.09 per foot. This is a 6,514-square-foot estate sited on over one acre. Note that the average price per square foot is only useful when comparing apples to apples.
