Let’s dive into the Pasadena real estate market for May 2024.  Forty-seven out of the sixty-two homes sold in May, sold over their asking price. Two sold for the asking price, thirteen less than the asking price. A five-bedroom, five-bathroom home at 2070 Kinclair Dr. sold for $465.37 per foot. A three-bedroom, two-bathroom at 275 Marguerita Ln. sold for $1,374.571 per foot.

Last month, the lowest-priced home sold in Pasadena was a three-bedroom, one-bathroom, 1,116-square-foot home at 60 Pepper St. This property was initially on the market for $889,000 and took over two months to sell for $790,000. The most expensive piece of Pasadena real estate sold in May 2024 was a six-bedroom, nine-bathroom, 8,769-square-foot home at 407 Bellmore Way. Initially listed in May 2023 for $9,988,000, this luxury home sold for $8,754,750. Another home on Bellmore Way sold off market for $3,00,000.

A one-bedroom one bath home on Howard Street listed for $600,000 and sold for $810,000.
