Last month ninety-four Pasadena homes closed escrow. Selling prices ranged from $520,000 for a 996 square foot 2 + 1, to $4,330,000 for a 5,916 square foot 4 + 5 estate. Let’s take a look at Pasadena Real Estate Values as of August 2018:
Fifty Pasadena homes sold over asking price, five at the listed price and thirty-nine for less than asking. Note, there were twenty four price reductions last month in the Pasadena real estate market. The number of days on market is inching up, but the absorption rate remains low.
We recently closed escrow on our Pasadena mid-century. There were a handful of offers and we sold over asking price. We have an Orange Grove condo we are preparing for sale and hope to have market ready in the next few weeks.
