Most everyone wants to put their home on the market in the spring. But sometimes life gets in the way; we get busy over summer and find ourselves smack in the middle of fall home selling.
But fall can still be a good time to sell. We continue to experience low inventory throughout much of Los Angeles County. Many home buyers who have been unsuccessful in securing a home during the spring and summer are highly motivated to be in a home for the holidays.
