2013 was a banner year for Glendale, California, and Glendale real estate. Glendale was just announced as the winner of the 2013 Curbed Cup for LA’s Neighborhood of the Year.
2013 also saw a dramatic price jump for the average selling price of luxury home sales in Glendale. The days on the market decreased (Glendale luxury real estate is selling faster) and at 99.11% of the asking price. Two very notable Glendale home sales are the $2,300,000 sale on Coutin and the record-breaking $4,900,000 sale on Dublin.
