The 5 bedroom, five bath home is over 6,000 square feet on a ¼ acre lot with a pool. This home was listed earlier this year for $2 150,000, reduced to $1,799,000, but did not sell. Relisted in July, this view home sold for $1,600,000. The former owners purchased the home in 1998 for $875,000.
