Buyers purchased seventeen homes over the asking price, one at the asking price, and fourteen below it. A five-bedroom, six-bathroom home at 3318 Deer Creek Lane sold for $436.43 per square foot, while a three-bedroom, two-bathroom home at 3553 Rosemary Ave sold for $1,121.89 per square foot.

The least expensive home sold in Glendale was a three-bedroom, one-bathroom, 1,298-square-foot home located at 1447 E California Ave. It was listed for $700,000 and sold off market for  $700,000. The most expensive sale was a five-bedroom, five-bathroom, 4,500-square-foot home at 2521 Flintridge Ave. The sellers listed it for $3,350,000, and sold in three days for $3,000,000.
