Notably, a four-bedroom, three-bathroom home at  647 Corwin Ave. sold for $543.85 per square foot. Meanwhile, a two-bedroom, two-bathroom home at 1038 Grover Ave. sold for $1153.39 per square foot.

The least expensive home sold last month in Glendale was a two-bedroom, one-bathroom, 1,075-square-foot home at 1718 Santa Paula Place.  The seller initially listed it for $899,999, and it took forty days to sell for $890,000. The most expensive home sold was a five-bedroom, five-bathroom, 4,467 square-foot home located at 1958 Calafia St.  The sellers listed the home for $4,200,000 in July 2024, then reduced the price to $3,988,000 in October 2024. They eventually sold this luxury home for $3,620,000.
