The photographer took exterior photos of my new Arcadia listing on Monday, the estate sale is next weekend and we should be ready for the MLS (multiple listing service) in the next week or two.
For those of you who haven’t had the opportunity to see my new listing at 1400 Stanford Drive it will be open again this Sunday, by one of the agents in my Prudential office.
I am trying to validate that my new Toluca Lake listing was once owned or built by Bela Lugosi, but so far no luck. The living and dining rooms are being painted and then we will be ready for photos and the MLS.
My 4 bedroom, 2 bath La Crescenta listing is being staged today, landscape should be finished by Wednesday and hopefully be ready for photos by the end of the week. And possibly open this Sunday.
