I calendar when my real estate listings come on the market. I prefer to have a ten-day marketing period with no interruptions. Interruptions being three-day weekends, holidays, major sporting events, etc. We have four new listings coming on the market in January. Some are being painted; most are having their landscape spruced up.
We are prepping our four new listings. We are writing advertising copy and getting our new listings photo ready. Here are the new four new listings coming on the market in January:
Altadena 3 + 2, master suite
Toluca Lake 4 + 3, detached bonus rm/home office w/pool $1,100,000
La Crescenta, 3 + 3, cul-de-sac, over ¼ million spent on updates since 2000.
Studio City 1 + 1 condo w/ $100k spent on updates, 2 parking spaces w/$10,000 security system.
We are wrapping up our year; and closed three escrows in the last three weeks.
926 Encanto, the Arcadia ranch home on ½ acre, is in escrow. 1400 Stanford Drive, Glendale, and 3754 Montrose Ave., La Crescenta are still available. 120 N. Valley, Burbank / Toluca Lake open on Sunday (lots of activity), and Carol will be there Thursday for another open house 10-noon.
