Sometimes it doesn’t always go as planned. My Altadena units fell out of escrow, I think the buyer is simply not ready to be a landlord. Enough of the negative, I will sell it again.
I listed this awesome equestrian property in Shadow Hills, it should be on the market this month. On Monday I met the photographer and the videographer and we got some great shots for the lifestyle video. We have a horse and a dog swimming in the pool, I can’t wait to share this real estate video with you.
I am in escrow on my Burbank Rancho home, and the buyer is still in the midst of inspections, fireplace, roof, sewer, etc.
We are prepping a Verdugo Woodlands three bedroom, two bathroom home and hopefully meeting the photographer tomorrow. My client with the Pasadena Spanish home keeps adding items to the fix it list….. Now I don’t know if we will even get it listed before Christmas……Stay tuned. Kris and I are closing escrow on her Pasadena condo listing (I am representing the buyer).
I wrote an offer for some clients…. fingers crossed, I hope they get the home.
