The average price per foot and average selling price of La Canada homes dropped slightly from last month. On the other hand, La Canada homes are selling faster – the average days on market has decreased. While the average La Canada home is selling for an impressive 96% of asking price, this is the lowest percentage for the year. Last month there were no short sales or foreclosures; cash sales comprised 16% of the La Canada real estate market. Have La Canada real estate values peaked, or will we see another uptick this Spring?
