How are La Canada home values holding up? Since June, the La Canada absorption rate has steadily increased. The average La Canada home is selling within 40 days and for over $2,000,000.
Nationally, despite a 1.3% increase in inventory, it’s still 1.7% less than it was last year. The NAR (National Association of Realtors®) found earlier “homebuilding activity is currently insufficient in a majority of metro areas.” Quite simply: supply is not meeting demand. Read the rest here
