Last month (November 2014) 20% of La Canada real estate sales were sold to cash buyers. Only 15 La Canada homes sold last month.
Seven out of the last eleven months saw the average La Canada home selling for over asking price. Last month’s percentage of list to selling price of 95.70% is the lowest for the year.
The absorption rate of under 2% continues to reflect a strong home sellers’ market.
