Notably, a five-bedroom, eight-bathroom home at 720 Forest Green Dr. sold for $821.63 per square foot. This was also the most expensive home sold in January 2025. Initially listed in 2022 for $7,995,000, it was taken off the market and relisted several times before eventually selling for $5,850,000. Meanwhile, a four-bedroom, four-bathroom home at 2016 Tondolea Lane achieved a remarkable $1,275.08 per square foot.
Last month’s least expensive home sold in La Canada was a three-bedroom, two-bathroom, 1,466-square-foot home at 1364 Green Lane. It was initially listed for $1,983,000 and took over three months to sell for $1,865,000.
