Meanwhile, a two-bedroom, two-bathroom home at 4725 Cypress St. sold for $1,224.86 per square foot. Last month’s least expensive home sold in La Canada was a two-bedroom, two-bathroom, 1,276-square-foot home at 2021 Ahlin Drive. It was initially listed for $1,198,000 and took over twenty-two days to sell for $1,200,000.
