In September 2012, 18 La Crescenta homes sold versus this year’s 22, the average price per square foot was $361.14. A year ago the average La Crescenta home was on the market (DOM) 59 days versus this year’s 43. The CDOM (cumulative/total days on market) includes homes that have been relisted (this is no longer a different number because the homes are selling – they are not getting relisted).
Last year the average selling price was $627,027…. Appears that first-time buyers are fueling the La Crescenta real estate market.
