It was initially listed for $2,175,000 and sold in fifty-three days for $2,136,500. The number of days on the market ranged from eight days for a one-bedroom, one-bath home on Community that sold for $125,000 over the asking price of $675,000. While a home on Canyonside sold in 100 days for $74,000 less than the asking price.
