This is the most expensive home sold as well. Listed for $3,150,000, it sold over asking in eighteen days for $3,400,000.
The least expensive home sold in La Crescenta was a one-bedroom, one-bathroom, 652-square-foot home at 4409 Pennsylvania Ave. The seller listed it for $635,000, and it sold at the asking price in just five days.
The shortest number of days on the market was five. Three homes sold in ten days or less. Three homes sold for under one million dollars. Five homes sold for over one million five hundred thousand. Two homes sold for over three million. A probate listing on Sycamore took 263 days to sell. Like many probate sales, the sale likely required court confirmation.
As you can see in the graph, most La Crescenta homes in October sold over the asking price. The low absorption rate reflects a very strong seller’s market.
