Monthly, we compile the La Crescenta real estate statistics. Last month (October), 20 La Crescenta homes closed escrow. Housing supply (inventory) dwindles this time of year, but the remaining homes in La Crescenta are being snatched up. The absorption rate is less than a two months’ supply of inventory which indicates an extremely strong sellers’ market.
