We just closed this Bungalow Heaven home in Pasadena. This was another Disney relocation but this time we represented the buyer.  Unlike most sales there was no drama. The listing agent was easy to work with, the buyer's lender was very professional. The only weak link was escrow. Disney has contracted (most likely) a reduced rate for escrow services. But with constant follow up and pestering escrow performed their function.

This is a very unique home as it has a detached guest house AND a detached recreation room. The buyer will use the rec room as a gym, it's large enough to have classes!
