One of the most important luxury home features is a home which opens well to the outdoors. A home which opens well beckons you to venture outside and have a cup of coffee with the morning paper or a glass of wine after a long day.
My favorite room at my home is the back yard and as fall and winter approach I lose my most favorite spot.
On Tuesday, Joe, and I went on broker’s tour in La Canada. One of the homes we viewed (just under $3,000,000) had beautiful outdoor areas, but sadly no pool and not really any room for one. Everything else about the home was perfection.
Additional luxury home features included a dream kitchen with built in cappuccino maker, over-sized fridge and freezer, heavenly master retreat with walk-in closet and a home gym.
