It took 61 days for the average La Canada home to sell/close. The average home continues to sell over asking price: 100.11% of list.
Last year (August 2014) 27 La Canada homes sold at an average price per sq ft of $501.22 and selling much faster – just 39 days on market. Cash sales comprised just 11% of La Canada real estate sales. 7% of the sales were short sales.
