Let’s dive into the Pasadena real estate market for March 2025—thirty-seven of the forty-eight homes sold over their asking price. Three sold at the asking price, and eight sold for less than asking. A three-bedroom, three-bathroom home at 1386 Glen Oaks Blvd. sold for $599.71 per foot.  A three-bedroom, two-bathroom home at 1200 Charles St. sold for $1,398.99 per foot.

Last month, the least expensive home sold in Pasadena was a two-bedroom, one-bathroom, 1,059-square-foot home located at 270 W. Montana St. This property was listed for $760,000 and sold before being entered into multiple listing service (MLS) for the asking price. Three other Pasadena homes sold off market. Twelve homes sold in ten days or less.

We analyzed many factors in our in-depth analysis of the Pasadena real estate market for March 2025. The most expensive home sold in Pasadena was a seven-bedroom, eleven-bathroom, 9,805-square-foot home at 1288 Wentworth Ave. The seller initially listed it for $10,860,00 and sold it in twenty-one days for $10,595,954.

A home on Villa took 169 days to sell. The home was listed at $1,349,000 and sold for $1,300,000. Another home on Charles Street hit the market at $1,898,000 and sold for $2,600,000.
