The price per square foot is the highest for the year. Absorption rate and days on the market are the lowest. The average La Canada home is selling over the asking price. Last month, June 2021, only six homes were sold for less than the asking price. Another six sold at the asking price. Twenty-four La Canada homes sold over asking. 3900 Chevy Chase Drive was listed at $1,795,000 and sold for $2,255,000, that’s $460,000 over the list price!
