We have advertising systems in place once Harb & Co. lists a new home for sale. Joey creates postlets and single property websites and posts the listings on various community forums. Once the new listing is input in the MLS, it quickly downloads to Realtor.com. A little more slowly to Trulia and then even more slowly to Zillow. Where’s the best place to search for real estate listings?
How the listings auto-populate through cyberspace are beyond me. I know that Joey needs to double-check because not all sites download our MLS open house information. So if you are not a real estate agent, where is the best site to get the most up-to-date and accurate information to search for new real estate listings?
