Last month, the lowest-priced home sold in Pasadena was a two-bedroom, one-bathroom, 631-square-foot home at 1851 Belmont Ave. The most expensive Pasadena sale in March 2024 was a seven-bedroom, seven-bathroom, 5,268-square-foot home at 918 San Gabriel Blvd. Initially listed for 5,280,000 in September 2022. The sellers reduced it to $4,680,00 in March 2023, eventually selling for $4,200,000 to a cash buyer.
The number of days on the market ranged from zero to 318. Two homes sold off the market. A three-bedroom, three-bath home on Devon Rd. listed at $2,000,000 and sold for $2,500,000. The other off-market sale was a four-bedroom, four-bath home on Linda Vista listed and sold for $4,100,000. A home on Lindaloa Lane took 318 days to sell. It was listed for $3,880,000 and ultimately sold for $3,660,000.
